By learning to preserve cabbage into a sauerkraut ferment we can significantly increase our local food consumption, especially during the winter months when eating locally can be challenging. Come prepared to use your hands! Participants will go home with the fruits of their labour.
Participants are asked to bring a 1 L jar with tight fitting lid.
