Tips for Making Kefir?
I've heard that making Kefir is easy. Simply add the grains to milk and let it sit for a day or so. Strain and enjoy. Is it really that easy? Any tips on where to get some Kefir grains to get started?Posted Sat 26-Apr-2008 6:04 PM by the worms!

Well, it actually is quite easy. Add milk, wait a couple of days. Strain it. Rinse the jar, put the grains back in, and add more milk. The only problem I can see is that it's so easy, I might end up with too much kefir.
